SALES & MARKETING INTERN – PART-TIME

In view of developing our Asian client base, the company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to work closely with our Managing Partner. At the end of the internship, the intern should have acquired a strong expertise in project management, client prospecting, developing marketing and sales tools, and a strong knowledge of the real estate industry

Department: Corporate

Base Location: Hong Kong

Reports to: Director, Greater China

Remuneration: Variable according to profile and working hours

Duration: minimum 3 months

Working hours: Flexible hours (ROWE environment)

ROLE OBJECTIVE AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The main objective of the position is to provide professional support to the Director, Greater China in Hong Kong. The Sales & Marketing Intern’s primary responsibilities are to assist in sourcing and developing business opportunities:

  • Conduct research, analyze markets
  • Assist in developing marketing tools to support sales efforts (presentations, leaflets, web ads…)
  • Assist in analyzing new business opportunities
  • Contact potential clients and arrange meetings
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting progress on all project activities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; Mandarin mandatory, Cantonese is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and eager to learn
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism are essential
  • Self-motivated and autonomous
  • Highly organized, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Well-versed in computer skills specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of internet and social media is an advantage
  • Understanding of Real Estate and cross-border investment is an advantage

BUSINESS ANALYST – FULL-TIME

ROLE OBJECTIVE AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The main objective for the position is to provide professional support to the Managing Partner in Hong Kong. The Business Development Analyst’s primary responsibilities are to:

Provide day-to-day support

  • Prepare reports, minutes and presentation materials for prospects and clients
  • Arrange meetings, hospitality, business travel & appointment schedules
  • Ensure full compliance with all corporate guidelines and policies

Source and develop business opportunities

  • Conduct research, analyze markets, identify potential clients
  • Develop marketing tools to support sales efforts (presentations, leaflets, web ads…)
  • Assist Managing Partner in analyzing new business opportunities

Coordinate and conduct sales efforts

  • Coordinate activity with partners in Europe and in Asia
  • Contact potential clients and arrange/participate in meetings
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting progress on all project activities
  • Undertake project assignments as requested

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years relevant working experience preferred
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; Mandarin mandatory, Cantonese is an advantage
  • Strong attention to details and passion for deals and transactions
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism are essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and autonomous
